In the fatty fatty two-by-four weigh loss program I have jumped back on to the wagon. I got up to 3 on the tread mill. That's a huge thing! So Ha-chan and I hung out today, we met up at school then her fiancee Pat drove us first to her house, then to mcdonalds then finally to my house where she and I proceeded to do random things like do the dish wash take a very very long walk and make soup.
